Through practical activities, collective projects, personal development workshops, and supportive guidance, the program offers a reassuring framework to regain confidence, set realistic goals, and get back into action.

You are between 18 and 45 years old, live in the Pontiac region, and meet one or more of the following criteria:
Develop your interpersonal and professional skills, in line with current labor market needs
Strengthen your autonomy, sense of responsibility, and initiative
Participate in group and volunteer projects to break isolation
Integrate the essential foundations for a successful professional path: punctuality, respect, teamwork, consistency
Be supported at each step to prepare you for successful integration into employment or training
Regain self-confidence and believe in your abilities
Acquire useful skills to find employment
Clarify your ideas and choose your path, whether it be studies, work, volunteering, or training
Create or strengthen a network of contacts and friends
