Umbrella

Umbrella is a CJEP program, set up in partnership with the CISSS de l’Outaouais, to welcome, guide, and support new healthcare professionals who choose to settle in the Pontiac.

This program aims to facilitate the personal and professional integration of newly arrived workers, whether they are immigrants, interregional migrants, or undergoing a career change.

With Umbrella, you can:

• receive personalized support for settling in (housing, transportation, community life);
• receive support to better adapt to the healthcare environment;
• build strong ties within the community and the region;
• access useful resources for daily life and work;
• participate in networking and staff recognition activities.

Umbrella is much more than an onboarding program: it is an essential retention tool for strengthening healthcare teams in our region.
