You are between 15 and 30 years old and looking to develop your skills, gain autonomy, and sustainably integrate into the job market? I take my place is an employment preparation program offered by the CJEP and its partners, designed to support participants towards stable and rewarding professional integration.

The program spans 24 weeks:

  • 12 weeks of preparation with workshops and support (financial allowance included);
  • 12 weeks of paid internship in a company, related to your professional interests (salary for 25 hours/week).

Phase 1 – Employment Preparation

(20 hours of workshops per week for 12 weeks)

Topics covered:

  • professional communication and teamwork;
  • stress and priority management;
  • self-confidence;
  • CV writing and interview preparation;
  • digital skills and financial literacy;
  • discovery of your strengths and career goals.

A personalized plan is assigned to you, and certifications such as CPR and first aid are offered.

Phase 2 – Company Internship

(25 hours/week for 12 weeks)

This second phase allows you to apply your learning in a real-world setting, gain experience, build your network, and strengthen your employability. You are supported and remunerated throughout the internship.
