Local Recruitment Support

The CJEP actively supports Pontiac businesses in their recruitment efforts and plays a key role in connecting employers with the local workforce.

The Business Services Department offers a full range of free services, tailored to the needs of each employer, to simplify hiring and boost the regional economy.

With the CJEP, businesses can benefit from:

• support from the beginning to the end of the recruitment process;
• pre-screening of applications based on criteria defined with the employer;
• drafting selection grids and participation in interviews;
• a neutral and standardized evaluation of candidates;
• the organization of targeted recruitment sessions;
• support for drafting and disseminating job offers;
• enhanced visibility via our website, local media (such as CHIP FM), bulletin boards, and our national network Place aux jeunes Pontiac;
• connecting with regional resources, such as Services Québec and other partners.
