I take my place is an employment preparation program offered by the CJEP and its partners, designed to support participants towards stable and rewarding professional integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program spans 24 weeks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 weeks of preparation with workshops and support (financial allowance included);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 weeks of paid internship in a company, related to your professional interests (salary for 25 hours\/week).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 1 \u2013 Employment Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(20 hours of workshops per week for 12 weeks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topics covered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>professional communication and teamwork;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stress and priority management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>self-confidence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CV writing and interview preparation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>digital skills and financial literacy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>discovery of your strengths and career goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A personalized plan is assigned to you, and certifications such as CPR and first aid are offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 2 \u2013 Company Internship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(25 hours\/week for 12 weeks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This second phase allows you to apply your learning in a real-world setting, gain experience, build your network, and strengthen your employability.
