Implemented in collaboration with the RBC Centre for Mental Health at the University of Sherbrooke, it aims to strengthen psychological well-being directly in Pontiac schools.<\/p>\n\n<p>The program enables you to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>participate in interactive workshops, adapted to each individual&#8217;s reality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>better understand and manage daily stress and anxiety;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>explore concrete tools to take care of your mental health;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>benefit from caring support by a certified team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Hors-Piste is much more than a classroom workshop.
