By strengthening these skills within our team, we aim to offer even more relevant, concrete, and adapted support to the realities of our clientele. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, this project will enable our team to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>better understand and integrate transversal skills into their support; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adapt interventions to the current needs of the job market; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>more effectively support the development of autonomy and employability; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enrich the tools used in individual meetings and workshops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This training framework will become a common basis for the entire team and will directly contribute to improving the quality of services offered by the CJEP.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Message from the Executive Director <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBy developing our team\u2019s skills, we strengthen our ability to offer quality support and concretely assist individuals in their endeavors.
