The CJEP takes stock of a year marked by the commitment of its team, its partners, and the community, as well as the continuity of its mission to the Pontiac population. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Highlights of the CJEP&#8217;s 2025\u20132026 Year:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>270 young people participated in the financial literacy workshops <em>My Finances, My Choices<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>282 adolescents were met as part of the <em>Place aux jeunes ADO<\/em> activities, and 7 successful migrations were achieved thanks to <em>Place aux jeunes<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>152 young volunteers were mobilized and 115 young people were introduced to entrepreneurship as part of the <em>La D\u00e9friche<\/em> project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More than 10,000 hours of work were completed in the social integration enterprise (<em>Sortir du bois<\/em>), promoting social and professional integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>279 employment assistance services were offered and 30 hours of ASP Construction training were provided to support access to specialized trades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 job offers were posted as part of the 5th edition of the Pontiac Virtual Job Fair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together, these actions demonstrate a concrete impact on employability, youth engagement, and the vitality of Pontiac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Outlook for the Coming Year<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the year, the CJEP also continued the deployment and development of several structuring initiatives for the region, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Welcome to our Home, Welcome to your Home campaign <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and development of the new CJEP website; She holds three bachelor&#8217;s degrees in social sciences, psychology, and education, as well as a teaching certification. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She began her career at the CJEP in 2011, where she held various roles within several of the organization&#8217;s programs. Most recently, she served as coordinator of intervention services before assuming her new duties as Executive Director. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><br><\/strong>A Word from the Executive Director<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe people of Pontiac are particularly close to my heart and represent the core of my professional commitment.
